I dont think so b/c when you wet it just builds up the end of the brush %26amp; tends to brush off when you put it on the bottom lid thus forth causing raccoon eyes.
Tyra show tip: put a powder thats lighter than your skin tone so if the shadow does fall you can just blend it in %26amp; no raccoon eyes.
