How can I make (or where could I find) a Cyril Sneer and Bert Racoon nose as well as Raccoon wigs/head pieces?

4 of us r going as The Raccoons and Cyril Sneer for halloween and having to make our costumes. We'd also like ideas for big bushy raccoon tails as well...all this while trying to keep this within a reasonable budget...:)How can I make (or where could I find) a Cyril Sneer and Bert Racoon nose as well as Raccoon wigs/head pieces?
