Call the Humane Society, and they will come out for free, and catch it in a cage. I have had the same problem before. I wouldn't play around with it though, it could have baby's, and they are really mean, and it could be rabid.How do i get rid of a racoon living under my house?

Use a lot of Rat Poisson on a fruit, but you do not eat it, leave it on a place where the raccoon eat it, be aware of leaving that if you have small children or pets, they may eat it as well.
Also you may sell it on e-bay, you may sell any thing there, then ask for the customer to pick it up by himself.

Call your local Department of Wildlife or check the yellow pages for exterminators. They should be able to help you. Get them out soon because they can do a lot of damage. A friend of mine got raccoons in her attic that had babies inside the kitchen wall. Also don't try to get him yourself. They can be very mean. But I am an animal rights person. Whoever you get to take it out, make sure they are released far away from your home or to a sanctuary. Do not let him be euthanized.
