What is the best way to put on ';racoon eye'; Eyeliner?

I can't seem to figure out an easy way to put on my eyeliner in the ';racoon'; style.What is the best way to put on ';racoon eye'; Eyeliner?
I think cream eyeliner is good for that.

Apply the eyeliner thinner toward the inner of the eye and make it gradually get thicker outerward. Make a cateye (connect the liner from the upper and bottom lid by connecting and curve the whole line upward) When you are done smudge it with a eye smudger. You can get a cheap one at Target.
the best thing to do is youtube ';raccoon eye'; or ';smokey eye'; tutorials and you'll find a bunch of step by step tutorials. I think its easier to learn from a video instead of typing it out. Hope i helped
Ok so start off by putting waterproof pencil eyeliner on your waterline very heavily like just keep going over it until it's very dark then put liquid eyeliner on the top of ur eye and then your done hope I helped:)
just put as much eyeliner as you can on the lower lash line try smudging it or putting eye shadow on it whatever works...
use cream eyeliner and an angled brush
