What kind of eye makeup can i wear with out melting off my face at work? I look like a racoon!?

Im a nursing assistant and i like to always look nice...but my make up melts! HELP!What kind of eye makeup can i wear with out melting off my face at work? I look like a racoon!?
im a RN so i have the same problem.use foundation on the eye and below the eye to make a barrier between ur skin and the makeup...set foundation with some loose face powder after use a powder eye shadow on the eye lid and apply ur makeup as u would stick to powder shadows and eyeliners.gels and creams tend to melt off.What kind of eye makeup can i wear with out melting off my face at work? I look like a racoon!?
Any nice quality ones. Nothing from any dollar store or crap like that! Use a good foundation too! This will keep it from mudging.
dont wear eyeliner on the bottom because that is what probably causes it. i use smudgeproof, waterproof eyeliner on top and 2 coats of mascara and im out the door
you definitely want waterproof mascara and eyeliner, you also might want to try bare minerals makeup it doesn't come off til you wash it off!
