When you use pencil eyeliners would you get racoon eyes when you wash it off like you do with liquid eyeliner?

i've been using just liquid eyeliners and when i wash it off , i always get racoon eyes and i was just wonderin'..When you use pencil eyeliners would you get racoon eyes when you wash it off like you do with liquid eyeliner?
No, it might be smudge a lil bit but it's not gonna be like liquid.When you use pencil eyeliners would you get racoon eyes when you wash it off like you do with liquid eyeliner?
I know what you mean. The liquid tend to stick around longer. Especially between the eyelashes. Pencil eyeliners do leave somewhat of a residue depending on the brand.





I'd suggest a cream eyeliner though. Like loreal's HIP cream pots. Use a thin liner/pencil brush.





It just glides on so much easier and washes off just as easy.
